Client email templates
Branded solus email template options
If you don't want to build your own solus email, you can specify either of the two templates shown below as the basis of your email. Both examples are simplified for clarity.
For both templates we require a colour scheme. Please provide hex colour values for:
- Outer background colour
- Inner background colour (the main content area)
- Text colour
- Link colour
- Button and headline text colour
- Button and headline background colour
Alternatively, you can send a screenshot or image of an existing piece of your branding/advertising and we will do our best to recreate the colour scheme.
When supplying images, send the highest resolution and quality version that you have. We will resize and optimise images for email use.
The content area of both templates is 600px wide, so where possible, supply images that are wider than this.
Email layout - option 1
You can have one or more images vertically stacked above the headline block and main text area.
Images you might want to include could be your logo, a masthead or a combination of the two.
Images can be landscape or portrait orientation - this layout shows a landscape masthead.
Logo/masthead must be JPG, PNG or GIF and will be resized to a width of 600px, or smaller if the image is for an isolated logo for example.

Email layout - option 2
For this layout you can have one or more images vertically stacked above the headline block and main text area.
Smaller images can be accommodated within the main text area.
Images can be landscape or portrait orientation, smaller images are constrained to no more than half the width of the display area.
Images must be JPG, PNG or GIF, and will be resized to widths of no more than 252px.
Where possible, we will keep the widths consistent.
